WAIVER PROGRAMS IN GEORGIA (HCBS)
Compassionate care at home - funded through Georgia Medicaid waivers.
Georgia’s Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waivers help eligible children, adults, and seniors receive care at home instead of in an institution. These programs cover services like personal care, homemaker support, respite, skilled nursing (when applicable), and case management.
We currently support clients in Cobb, Douglas & Fulton Counties.
