At Devoted Home Care, LLC, our Registered Nurse (RN) provides the required nursing oversight to ensure every client receives safe, high-quality Personal Care services. Our RN works on a flexible, PRN basis and performs only the essential duties outlined by Georgia PHCP regulations, keeping care client-centered, compliant, and efficient.

Our RN Provides:

- Initial Nursing Assessments for new Personal Care clients
- Follow-up assessments when a client’s condition changes
- Routine supervisory visits every 60–90 days
- Development and updates of individualized Service Plans
- Review of health-related concerns, reports, or incidents
- Phone-based consultations for care guidance

This oversight ensures all clients receive supportive, appropriate, and individualized care in accordance with state requirements — with no unnecessary medical procedures or interruptions to daily routines.

A Family Caregiver PCA provides approved personal care, safety support, and daily living assistance to a loved one under the guidance of Devoted Home Care, LLC. Although the caregiver is related to the client, this position is a professional role requiring compliance with agency policies, documentation standards, Georgia PHCP regulations, and the client’s individualized care plan. Duties may include personal care, mobility support, meal preparation, housekeeping, and companionship. Family caregivers must maintain professionalism, boundaries, and reliability while delivering safe, dignified care.

A Personal Care Assistant provides essential, hands-on support to individuals who need help with daily living activities in order to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Duties include personal care, mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, and following the client’s individualized care plan. This role requires reliability, compassion, professionalism, and the ability to support clients with dignity and respect while promoting their highest level of independence.
